Fortescue reports loss but says Pilibara on track
Fortescue Metals Group Limited (FMG) reported a half-year net loss of $975.13 million, up nearly 450% from the loss reported in the previous corresponding period. The company said its flagship Pilibara project was 82% complete at the end of 2007 and reaffirmed that first shipment from its flagship Pilibara project was scheduled for mid-may.
