Agreed, Bungy, my gut feeling is that the company isn't doing enough in this area; it is ludicrous that there is no entity prepared to step up for that holding . . . unless . . . as someone suggested, the seller has his own ideas about how he'll exit, in which case there's not much to be done, just press on to the end.
