The interesting thing about Mozambique is that the Sena railway is only partly functioning and it will not be until next year that it gets up to 6.5mtpa. ALSO most of that tonnage will be for coking coal and not thermal. Have followed mozambique for awhile and they are 2-3 years away from the infrastructure being adequate for large quantities being shipped.

In saying that i do have my concerns that xstrata and co will park the capex on the rail link. Hope not and hopefully we will get a decision very soon on that one!
