Would Paul Burton, even if ousted from the board, retain his operational role as CEO?
If so, disruption could be kept to a minimum
I am supporting the change, to the extent that:
- it increases independence of the board,
- it improves oversight on and accountability of management, as PB would now have to respond to GW and AR, and
- it improves investors relation as well as clarity of announcements
