I wouldn't read to much into the Citi broker report, every analyst use there own assumptions to get to the valuation of a company. You only have to go back over the last year and look at any brokers valuations and see how wrong they are compared to the market price, the Analyst have there own agenda and it is not to make you money. You need to make up your own mind and do your own homework if your going to make any money on the markets...
