I’m not sure how any analysts are putting a buy rating on GL1 given GL1’s PEA assumed a spod price of $2,500/t for SC5.5 (which equates to SC6 $2,720/t).
The Jefferies broker note images are really low res, so it’s not possible to read what they’re saying.
Even if spod prices double from todays levels, it still wouldn’t even come close to the GL1 PEA price.
I’m not sure how any analysts are putting a buy rating on GL1...
