The offer is to the City which includes the usual spivs etc. Basically if you are already registered as a sophisticated investor, then you get chance to bid in the fund raising.
If you are a simple investor, like me, then it's a case of buying on market in order not to be diluted.
I'm sure that by end of June, things will look dramatically different ..... to the upside lol
