It's been called an 11% discount to the 30 day vwap. Generous from 2.7p odd, but we would have done star jumps to get funding at 2p a few months ago.
Gone for a bookbuild this time, so no cornerstone interest at this point it seems? Hopefully they hold tight.
There is some interesting reading around the Greenshoe Option, and how it is often used in bookbuilds to preserve the interests of the issuer, and the underwriter. Not sure if it will be in play, but has precedence in the US/UK.
