Appears the sign is about 10% complete as viewed yesterday...

Appears the sign is about 10% complete as viewed yesterday afternoon. Very minimal work occurring at the moment. That was posted yesterday. When I looked at the webcam yesterday, although not a great angle, there were no panels in the top right corner and down most of the right hand side. So find it hard to believe it is nearly finished. Esp. when a NYorker says it is 10% completed.

PS I own shares and will most likely be biased
