As Smiler says, secure email will become standard in maintaining client confidentiality, first through the pure competitive process and probably then by legal requirement. (Safety features start with German/Swedish cars and trickle down to Made in China cars!)

Since 2001 the "ten golden rules", a statement of high principle known as the National Privacy Principles have included:
