    Extensive, 2-year long review of Australian privacy law submitted to Attorney-General's Dept. on 31 March 2008 (see Australian Law Reform Commission website). Special focus is "information privacy". Will we follow many US states in requiring mandatory reporting of breaches? Review and recommendations to be public, tabled in Parlt, in a few months.
