Eagle888 I don't quite understand why you keep banging on about whether IPR got paid for the flights.
It is my understanding that they are trying to capture the capital cities every month or so anyway. The area of the flood covereage for Brisbane and surrounds might be a bit larger than they would normally fly but not by a huge amount.
I think that it was a very smart move by the company. They have said that the free access is for a limited time only. So they provided a public service and got more potential paying users to try it at the same time. And not only from within Australia but also from all over the world, even if we do not have overseas coverage yet!
