" At nearmap.com we are developing our own approach to generating advertising from our traffic and are fortunate that advertising is only part of our revenue model. It is likely we will achieve a cash flow positive position either without advertising or with minimal advertising which sets us up very nicely to be able to trial different types of delivery and ideas.

Our first objective is to launch nearmap.com V2 as soon as possible and our first mobile app this will provide an exciting platform from which to trial different forms of advertising targeting and delivery. The one thing I will say is that we will seek lots of input from our users along the way and everyone can rest assured that nearmap.com will never resemble fluoro banner hell!"
