Quote from page 7 of THR'S Annual Report; Quote:-

Mineralialisation here occurs in numerous lenses associated with a major shear fault network and along contacts between mica schist and gneissi rocks./End Quote

plus an Additional Quote:-

/'Schwartzwalder Mine – Discovered in the 1940s, this uranium mine just northwest of Golden has been one of Colorado’s most productive. Pitchblende occurs in steeply dipping hydrothermal veins within Precambrian metamorphic rock'./ End quote

Notice how Mica (backs up my Postings re. the Old Mica Miners in the early 1960s steering clear of an Area in the Harts Range) was in the First Quote and Schwaltzwalder with Pitchblende (Hot Stuff) is in the Second Quote.
The Announcement from THR by Mr John Young early Tuesday Morning gave THR Fans an opportunity to jump in and Buy, and many did just that, however I feel some Dirty Tactics have been since to get THR back to 25 Cents.
