Yes, which makes the current apparent delay all the more bewildering when you consider the depth, experience and qualifications of OUR management. Perhaps it's a matter of OUR management not communicating with each other effectively? Do any of OUR management actually live in Indonesia? I'm sure Thaksin does but what of the others? Do they communicate via smartphones and skype?
