Kiefernberg has been operated in the past and has several separate ore bodies. Obviously, we will be using our own nickel processing system, rather than use the system that Deutsche Rohstoff AG was assessing. This low pH nickel system is currently being used by Rio in South Africa and I am putting the finishing touches on our iron and magnesium system at the moment.

I expect we can produce nickel at US$3.00 a pound at the upper end of the cost range. As such, a mine there should be very profitable. There is a 220KV electrical line within a kilometre of the project which greatly assists us logistically.
