    I'm not sure if anyone picked up on this yet:

    "In particular the company is working to modify BlueGen to suit the very large North American market (as discussed in section 5 below)"

    and

    "Finally, in the US market, the Company is working towards receiving safety approval for a version of BlueGen modified to meet North American requirements. The Company is making good progress and approval is expected by the end of the year."
