On the right of access to the pipeline, I raised this some time ago and was shot down for questioning the terms of the right of access. Just because KEY has right of access this does not mean that Orca will make it easy for us.
In regards to offshore Italy, Environmental Impact Assessments for the Company’s four offshore Italian Applications were filed with the Ministry of Environment over 12 months ago (see 1st quarter Activities Report from last year).
The onshore comments were interesting, sounds like they are preparing for additional drilling sites on top of the one they already have planned and are awaiting approval for.
