we only have a discovery with no size estimate as yet and no sales.

also connecting to Songo Songo would be a mere formality, but the lenghthy delay in this process makes me conclude that Songo Songo pipleline might not be enough to satisfy the Kiliwani discovery. Hence something much larger.
