Interesting lesson on how fund managers can influence the market. He is quite open in saying he engineered the merger between SDX and BD1 where his fund's holding in SDX gained the advantage of multiple BD1 shares for each SDX share. He also says Bard1 were being a bit quiet and then there is this recent double announcement multi bagging the share price. He sold some off the top and bought back in lower with the profit so as not to be in a losing position from any dip from the present share price. All this would not be possible if not for the average punter/mum and dad investors supplying their hard earned cash.
