    people are gambling at 60percent probabilty that SE has over 1tcf of gas and priced accordingly. Same sorta thing happens in biotech where people are betting on the probabilities of events. You could argue the odds are pretty good and you wont lose everything like a casino bet. wgo doesnt have such a bet on the near horizon hence the MC disaprity. if Se fails stx will be probably at 300mil MC
