as there has been no announcement to say that the agreement has been formalised, it is safest to assume that FBR have not been able to formalise the agreement with Archistruct.
And now with WaaS / JV / BRK how could it have been done by now.
The agreement will be between the JV company and the Builder.
The JV hasn't been setup yet.
FBR merely supplies robotic labour hire services to the JV.
JV provides the Wall Service to the builder.
