Slater and Gordon are not in a fair condition as described by your good self. Slater and Gordon have a near billion $ debt hanging around their neck and need to pay their bankers of as early as 18 months. With lenders already bailing and skaters required to pay up in 18 months, it would seem the situation is serious for skaters and its existing share holders.
Question, what happens if Aussie lenders pull the pin what would happen to slater and its investors money?
