    wouldn't the more significant capital requirement only be needed at the development (as opposed to bfs) stage? BFS costs should be able to be funded mainly out of cashflows, with any additional funding only requiring small placements. If significant funds are required nexr year, hopefully the AVM shareprice should be improved due to stage II completion, plus mkts appreciation of various growth options.

    Just my thoughts.
