    Hi Vet,

    I would have thought that the joint venture partner would pay CTO for the right to mine the City, and this amount should go a long way to funding CTO's contribution to the development.

    But I would like more detail on the MOU... what concessions has CTO made to get this announcement out before the SPP closes...? Probably not a good bargaining position.
