    I can't help but get the feeling this is all too little too late...

    Why did they do this only now - they have had YEARS to do this and now only when "the fan has been switched on, the bucket of prawns has been sitting in the sun, and the cocktail sauce is ready" has this been done??? Oh, yeah the SPP...

    As said earlier - NON-BINDING...
