Whilst we don't know the consideration received for the 50% JV i'd esimate it is well below the $35m capital required. The JV only represents less than 20% of the inferered mineral resource. CTO's current market cap is only $80m.
So they capital they received from the JV is likely not to cover the $35m. In addition to funding the shortfall they still need to fund warrior expansion. They've got themselves into a bit of a mess here.
