i dont think they have 65k now maybe back in June they did. They recently raised $2.5m so plenty of cash in the tin (at least enought for next 18 months). if you read the announcement - financing facility is solely at ESI discretion should they require to use it. I agree that these type of facility's are one sided - however. it is also a good facility to have.
