I was also at the AGM.
A couple of things struck me

1. Sundance can't advance until they have financial backing which rightfully or not Hanglong is providing, this will allow conventions, permits, etc which will revalue the company and set the stage for another bid.
GJ said that no one would enter until these are obtained or Hanglong tripped up.

2. Throughout the whole AGM and especially during Paul's presentation where he showed a film the board were saying
"this is how the mines will look"
"this is how we will load the trains"
"Our rail will run here"
"we will mine 35Mt"
"we continue to drill"
"Payback in just a couple of years"

You got the idea.....
This isn't what I was expecting for a company that is gone in 6 months.

I spoke to George and asked straight up if I show read between the lines. He said no Hanglongs offer is for real. Of course it is, until something better comes along.

Just my take on an otherwise ho hum meeting.
