I am also highly critical of exec greed, and what it has done to ruin other people's lives DIRECTLY by placing the companies that they run in positions that they should not be and then subsequently running the company int trouble, eg ABC Learning, BNB,CNP, MFC in Aus and the classic Lehmann Bros in US, and so the list goes on.
2 things about that list-
Only BHP was on it from Aus, as I saw it.
It is 4 years old and the pays are even higher now.
VCR is not on it
Some of them are no longer there.eg RBS
