I am not sure that the definition of public domain for an Australian shareholder includes a US website of a company that is not bound by ASX rules and reporting guidelines. Australian shareholders rely on their company to make timely and full releases via the ASX . The other problem is that nobody is really sure precisely what the Couch well update actually means. Did they really have oil shows ? If so , then ADI should certainly have mentioned it. The Couch update actually created more questions than it answered.ADI has some obligation to set the record straight. It may be worth contacting the ASX tomorrow and raising the issue.
