During the half-year the Company established a wholly owned subsidiary named Yilgiron P/L.
Yilgiron was established to facilitate the transfer of the Mt Forrest Iron Project tenements.
The Board resolved that it would be commercially prudent to
establish a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to the Mt Forrest Iron Project, with such a project
considered highly prospective.
