I spoke to the company recently and they said there has been a few delays with some archaeology in the area which they hope to get sorted soon. At least it isn't heritage issues this time. This is only for the eastern portion of the site, no news on any progress on the heritage issues for the western portion of the site.
The price is holding up pretty well, hopefully they have some good news soon
