The mods have explained over and over again that the way to discuss moderation is by using the Support button at the bottom of the HotCopper page. This doesn't mean send a moaning rant but if you send a well reasoned analysis of the post, why it was moderated and why it shouldn't have been moderated then quite often you get a well reasoned response in reply.
The Support button doesn't go to the forum mods, btw, it goes to the HotCopper big-wig/s.
