Have you not heard of a "bank valuation" or an "independent property valuation report"from a qualified property valuer.
Risc are preparing the report to assist with the current valuation as we speak.
COP set the asking price months ago and without full knowledge of all the pertinent detail now being assessed.
The up to date valuation of this field could be worth twice as much as WPL are paying who really knows ?
