I agree with what you wrote psi81. But the point relating to my post was, that while these sort of articles are floating around, the people and investors will have concerns. For, they don't know and aren't sure of what any Government reactions/actions toward it, will be.
If there are 1 or 2 bad persons that live in a Community of 100 people, the usual, most practical, and general response is, that all of that community of 100 people is bad. Is it not.??
It is the reflection, and perception of what some do, that will be tarring other similar people with the same brush.
As for Halliburton, it appears now that BP is suing the hell out of them for billions, for the spill that happened not so long ago in the USA. As they usually say, give it time, and enventually all the chooks will come home to roost.
