Have you looked how well T-Vec is doing in a competitive Melanoma space? This gives insight into what will happen to CF33. Displacement means competition with approved medicine.

Despite 100's of clinical trials, there is 1 FDA approval for OV therapy in Melanoma, but you think your drug will get 3 or 5? On what data?

The market doesn't exist for FTO inhibitors or cardiosynergy drugs, but I have certainly done my calculations with the data I have available to me. If FTO inhibitor market and cardiosynergy markets existed and they were small because 99% of the time they fail to show anything meaningful (like <8% DRR), then I wouldn't be invested.
