OptiontraderMGR - agree re your assessment of techs/charts, certainly appears on the verge of a breakout up/down.

sp is holding up surprisingly well considering the current negative chart setup. Very similar to the late May/June setup - fading stochastics, MACD & RSI. Typical of a seller dominant market that can last for prolonged periods.

Without a positive catalyst (ann which we are expecting v/shortly) you'd really have to say the break will be on the downside into the ~28c range.

My experience with ICN (a CB play) was that they drilled/hit a good gas find with their Halifax-1 well in Feb and the sp barely blinked - yes, I know it's a different animal, just saying. The ICN thread was almost identical to the NEN thread - same research, knowledge of the company & prospects, sentiments, conversations etc
