I dont know of any discovery in the Seychelles and I never heard or read of 1 trillion barrels of oil let alone 4.3.
It gives me the crapolas when I see this sort of thing. It does not do this stock any good with rubbish news. If 1 trillion barrels was there the oil majors would not be looking in Kenya/East Africa with a supposed 70 odd billion barrels estimate. There wold be drilling rigs allover the Seychelles with farmins gallore. The majors would pay $1-2 dollars per share for WHN instead of asking to contribute in the infill.
