In fact the annual report excerpts you have highlighted show the sort of attitude and determination we have been waiting for.
Management have apparently been paying a carefully titrated response as time and circumstances demand.

A cool and steeley resolve and the patience expressed in the term "revenge is a dish best served cold" could well apply here.
Not that I am the vengeful type, lol.

Much is probably yet to be played out before we are at a point of victory,but it really seems that we will be vindicated in the fullness of time.
