Len actually confirmed in the presentation they are working with and extending well established Russian ucg tecnology and implied this complemented other low risk aspects of Cougar's proposed ucg roll out (mentioned in my original post on this thread). Michael Blindeman and many of his core staff are from Russia I believe.
