That's about right, most of it is incentive based. Although now that Joyce has his 3.5%, can the workers have their 2.5% that they are asking for to keep up with inflation?
The senate inquiry was quite entertaining, looking forward to Round 2. It seemed like the pilots and flight attendants were the only bunch that were completely genuine and truthful. Would also help if Tony Sheldon actually answered questions that he was asked...
