Thats why this capital raising is so important. Whilst a wholesale capital raising to instutional investors still offers the advantage of a full takeover in the future, the best possible outcome would be a major taking a cornerstone shareholding. That outcome will put the spotlight square on this company.
My two plays in the U sector are BMN and EXT. Can't see these two companies not coming under the takeover spotlight in the coming 12 months. Although in both cases I am happy to hold now until production.
