Not sure about the author of the article but I checked out Professor P Hartley and he seem very credible and is well respected, as for the journo, who knows, but for him to be paraphrasing the Professor I think there must be a bit of substance to the story, I suspect the price predictions are those of the journo with more than a touch of poetic licence.
