I can't view the images CJ due to limitations of quicktime on my computer, but it certainly sounds like it is, two projectiles two propellant loads in the same launch tube, I am assuming this tube is actually a cartridge that is electronically fired and that both projectiles are fired in very quick succession, if that is the case then yes it is mach 5/50, I wish I could see a diagram to get a better understanding of it though.
