I wouldnt say its all over, but if they still manage to get the port built there is 15 milion tonnes of spare capacity now.
Perfect entry opportunity for someone. OPR needs a new customer and with the recent costs blow outs probably a new finacer as well.
Dont know if the pdy/agu/taifeng group would have enough grunt to do it if taifeng comes on board.
