I am not so concerned at the fact they sold some shares - anyone has the right to do that, even Directors. Equally, they also have the right to sell at any price they can get (note, the actual sale price has not been revealed yet).

Of more concern to me is (a) the timing of the two announcments - why could they have not been issued in tandem? and (b), such a dramatic downgrade in the 1st half profit not even two weeks after the forecast at the AGM needs investigation - in practical terms nothing could have changed to such a degree.

The best thing to emerge from this whole saga is the fact the present management and Board are having their holdings, and in turn influence over the comapny dilluted. To say they are incompetent would about sum then up.
