I agree with you, seems like rio had no chance in the first instance, so they just took a punt, and hoped caz would go away, no money to fight etc

btw read the article in the tradingroom today, rio boss said caz did not understand the legal system or words to that effect, hope it will be resolved before xmas

seems WA has a bad reputation for justice
on the ABC mon night Australian Story, was about their justice system, they lost files, photos, never made it a crime scene until 3 days later, the police photographer had no film in his camera, if it was not so bad for the people involved, they still in jail, it would be funny,,,,totally unbelievable system
