I'm still at a loss as to how a legal settlement can not be disclosed to the shareholders (aka owners of the business)? It'll have to be entered into the financial report somehow - how will it be disclosed?
Very odd.
I'm thinking they've bodged up the well. When it comes to GDN, a delayed decision has never worked out for us.
