ask yourself two questions:
1. if they sack all staff related to US FDA, and stop the trial, just focus on generating revenue from other regions, will they make profit? the answer is NO.
2. forget the length of recruitment and trial period and associated costs, how likely FDA will change its mind? less likely, and no investor will forget about timeframe and costs anyway.
I reckon PXS is just a shell for management wages.
